Whole NZ Salmon
We sell freshwater Quinnat Salmon and Sockeye Salmon. Usually whole salmon have a weight between 800g and 1.5kg. Salmon is healthy fish due to the it's high protein and low fat levels. It is rich of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Hot Smoked NZ Salmon
Before the Salmon is going to be smoked it will be cured with a marinade. During the hot smoking process the salmon is also being cooked. It's ideal for using in quiches, pasta, sushi, scrambled eggs or just pure on bread.

Gravadlax Salmon NZ
Gravadlax is a traditional scandinavian dish. The Salmon is salt cured with dill, peppercorns, mustard seeds and a touch of brandy. It's traditionally served on crisp bread with a dill and mustard sauce.
